Flashbacks

1897, New York, USA Amanda is the consort of Morgan's adopted son, William. When William is shot by a corrupt cop, Morgan intervenes, only to be shot too. This triggers his latent Immortality and begins a century-old vendetta against the Grady's.

Verdict
Great idea, poor execution. Morgan Kenworthy is the latest in a long line of Immortals where the distinction between black and white is blurred - it's hard not to feel sympathy for his character while deploring his obsession with revenge. But things plod along too sedately with Amanda relegated to a largely peripheral role. C+
