Trivia
 | James Faulkner is a veteran of British TV,
including roles in ITV's adaptation of Jeffrey Archer's First
Among Equals (alongside David Robb, no less) and Bridget
Jones' Diary. Check out his impressive résumé here. |
 | The Egyptian flashback is the second in the
series not to feature Duncan, but the first to pre-date his birth
(by some 1,600 years!). |
 | Constantine was originally envisaged as someone
who could replace Darius as the elder statesman to Duncan's younger
Immortal. Ultimately, though, that role fell to Methos. |
 | Catherine Zeta Jones auditioned for the part of
Nefertiri before Nia Peeples won it - which might explain the slight
Welsh twang to her accent (that might just be me, but then again her
middle name is Gwendolyn). Visit Ms Peeples' official Web site - one
of many - by clicking
here. |
Verdict
All of Highlander's strengths are on show here, from the
blurring of good and evil to Duncan's conflict of love and what's
right. A-
